Thirty three individual columns of sand blasted glass like towers with water constantly flowing in wave like patterns are erected monolithically in a curved format in front of a ocean of deep blue glass tiled wall. The water panels are lit from the top with pure white halogen lights and bottom lit with a combination of unique lighting and automatic agitators that produces a fire like effect reflecting of the tiles and the back of the panels.
