The first titanium clad building in Asia features a Broquard water fountain that completely engulfs the lower portion of the building. Custom designed and uniquely textured fibreglass panels create the breathtaking effect of crystal droplets decending endlessly over the surface. The droplets are enhanced during the day by the sun and at night by special lighting causing the crystal like droplets to sparkle in ever changing patterns creating an effect to be remembered.
